From 1988 to present I have been a member of the Editorial Board of the New Jersey Lawyer Magazine, a publication of the New Jersey State Bar Association. I was chair of the Editorial Board from 2003 to 2006. The Magazine is distributed to over 11,000 lawyers throughout New Jersey and is nationally recognized for its quality and avant-garde articles. I have been Chair or Co-Chair of the Securities subcommittee of the Morris County Bar Association since 1993 and a member of the State Bar’s Securities Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Committee since its inception in 1998.

I was appointed as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University and taught a course on Real Estate syndications at the School of Continuing Education, Real Estate Institute, from 1985 to 1991.
I have served on committees of The Morris County Chapter of ARC and was on the Advisory Board for the Morris County Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce.

I was appointed by the Mayor of Morristown to be Co-Chair of the Bill of Rights Committee when it was displayed at the Morristown Armory in 1990.
